19A Tale of Two Loos

This walk celebrates the refurbishment and continued opening of the toilets in Clay Cross and Ashover. The 10 mile route can be one way, walking 5 miles and returning by bus. Bring a packed lunch or enjoy a meal in one of Ashover’s pubs.

21Historical Wander Around Wingerworth

A journey around the parish stopping at historic places. Scenic views from Slate Pit Dale are followed by a visit to the oldest industrial chimney in Britain. On the return see Bolsover and Hardwick on the horizon. Finish with a pint, tea or coffee.
